Corporal Max BBQ began with a push from my brother, who encouraged me to start crafting my own barbecue sauce—something I’ll always be grateful for. Special thanks to Whitney Hollow BBQ for the inspiration along the way.
Founded in 2024, Corporal Max BBQ is a small, Central Texas–based company rooted in passion and purpose. Our name honors our beloved service dogs, Corporal and Max, who have since passed. This business is our way of keeping their spirit alive.
Every one of our sauces is made with all-natural ingredients, crafted with care, and inspired by the rich traditions of Texas barbecue.

My wife and I picked up half a dozen of your sauces yesterday at the farmers market in Lakeline.
Just wanted to reach out and share that we glaze’s some pork tenderloins I cooked on the smoker yesterday. I glazed them with the apple/jalepeno bbq sauce. My wife made an apple compote type thing to go with it (I opted for more bbq sauce).
Anyway, wanted to share it was a big hit with all. The two glazed ones are on the left :).

I just wanted to tell you thank you. I bought a bottle of the blackberry yesterday at the market in Temple and today, I made some ribs and topped it with your amazing BBQ sauce. Not only did my home smell amazing while they were soaking up all that goodness in the last 10 minutes, but my kids INHALED their dinner! You definitely have a repeat customer!!!
